I am a physics professor. I earned my Ph.D. in physics in 2004. I started this channel to hold my online lectures for flipped classrooms and online courses that I am assigned to teach. So far, I have playlists for the different courses that I have taught: intermediate (college) physics, error analysis, thermal physics, modern physics 1&2, nanoscience, and materials science. I am happy that so many folks from all over the world have found these videos useful. I often joke that it may be the most boring Youtube channel in existence. My research focuses on using advanced microscopies to analyze materials. I have a strong background in nanoscience and materials science for that reason. Please understand that I am not a pro Youtuber and I don't do videos by request. I just don't have time. I have to teach the courses that I am assigned, and so I do videos for those courses. My slides do occasionally have typos and mistakes. That's teaching for you--always room for improvement.
