Hello, and welcome to my channel! As the channel name implies, this channel is primarily about being "around with the hound," that is, my greyhound service dog, DeeDee. Here you'll find videos of her training, tasks, outings, and some that are just for fun. Once in awhile I'll post something off topic, but for the most part, time spent here is time spent around with the hound. Enjoy your stay! Important update: In April of 2018, at age 11, DeeDee developed osteosarcoma (bone cancer). Shortly after her diagnosis, we made the difficult decision to put DeeDee down rather than let her suffer. DeeDee was an amazing dog, and we miss her every day. Her videos will remain posted here in hopes that her work will continue to help or inspire others, but there will be no future uploads. My heartfelt appreciation goes to all who have supported us and left kind comments over the years. DeeDee loved her job. She continues to live on in our hearts.
