Hi there! My name is Amber, I can show you how I grow, how I harvest and preserve, and what I make. I love to talk about what sustainability looks like for my family and what works for us! I strive to grow the majority of the food my family of 5 eats in my no-dig "permaculture" organic garden, and I forage and frugally find the rest. I believe in resiliency, sustainable living, frugality, low tech, simplicity, slowing down/downshifting and climate adaptation because those principles have made life better for our family.
