Nikhil is a qualified actuary from the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries, UK, and the Institute of Actuaries of India. He’s a recipient of Meena Sidhwani award from the Institute of Actuaries of India which to date has been awarded to only 8 actuaries in the history of the profession in India. He was also the first recipient of Vipin Sareen Scholarship from India when he went for higher studies to London. He is currently working as Appointed Actuary with RSA Insurance Middle East and is based in Dubai, UAE. In his previous assignment, he was the Appointed Actuary of the Oriental Insurance Company Limited and was the youngest individual who was appointed in General Manager Cadre of a Public Sector Undertaking. His global experience of over 12 years having worked in London, Singapore, UAE and India has helped him build an expertise in various domains of Investments and General Insurance Industry viz. reserving, pricing, capital modeling and asset liability management.
