As an international viewer, I often can not access the videos posted on OFFICIAL NCIS YouTube channel or CBS website and I know there are a lot of people having a hard time browsing the web for the video clips which are available outside the US, so I have decided (in hope not to be sued or shut down) to create a channel to help with this issue.
