The Readiness Support Center (RSC) is an organization within the US Army Corps of Engineers that enables high performance for our contingency responders nationwide and abroad by designing, implementing, and continuously improving an educational curriculum responsive to the many requirements brought on by the many requirements brought on by natural and man-made disasters and emergencies.
