I will show you step by step on how to update your motherboard bios without getting error "No Image File Detected" 1. First you will need a USB flash drive 2. You will need to format that USB drive to FAT32 3. You will need to download the correct BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer website. * Make sure you have the correct motherboard, type and model number (Example: ASRock B450 Steel Legend AM4 (ATX) or ASRock B450 Steel Legend AM4 (mATX) ) both have different BIOS and its a easy mistake to make. 4. Unzip BIOS file and drag BIOS file inside the zip file onto your FAT32 USB drive 5. Boot to the BIOS, Asrock is F2 to enter BIOS or F6 to enter Instant Flash 6.
