INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 100 g sour cream 80 g of melted butter 100 ml cup of milk 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tsp yeast 1 pack of vanilla sugar 500 grams of flour   To charge: 260 grams of hazelnuts 200 g sugar 1 tsp of cardamom   For coating 250 g of melted butter   METHOD Melt butter and set aside. Combine milk, sugar and yeast in one glass. Mix the flour and vanilla sugar, add the yeast mixture, butter, eggs, sour cream, mix everything and mix in the dough. Leave the dough for one hour. Divide the dough, coat with butter and stack the dough on top of each other. Roll, then cut and fill with hazelnut mixture.
