Spacex has applied for a permission to perform Starship SN-1 Suborbital flight test from March 16th to September 16th 2020, requesting permission from FCC to perform sub-orbital flight test, FCC is yet to approve such a test, however there's a good chance SpaceX will receive such permission, even though Starship isn't ready for any sub-orbital flights as spacecraft is still under construction.
