Unboxing, Installing and Testing a Cyclone 250W Motor on a Trice XL Recumbent Tricycle

A bottom-bracket mounting Cyclone motor with a triple chainset is fitted to the front of the trike. The motor drives the outer ring of the chainset through a short chain. The two inner rings drive the chain to the rear sprocket, selected by the front derailleur. The chainset and the motor sprocket are fitted with freewheels to allow normal pedalling.
