Sit down on the machine and grab the bar with your palms facing each other. Place your feet against the foot platform and hold the bar with your torso straight and your arms extended. Your lower back should be slightly arched and your knees should be bent. This is the starting position. (First Movement) Now, exhale as you pull the bar to your abs while bringing your elbows close to your torso. Lift your chest and tightly contract your back muscles at the end of the movement. (Second Movement) Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly return to the starting position. Extend your arms until your lats feel fully stretched. Repeat these movements until you have completed all of your reps.
