At the 2017 World Beard and Mustache Championships in Austin, Texas, previous National World Freestyle Beard Champion Jason Kiley won once again, taking home Best in Show. Uniting whiskers in a cultural event like no other, the event hosts more than 1,000 competitors, fans and beard enthusiasts. To compete with this crew, it all comes down to shape, density, symmetry and overall look of the beard -- and women are welcome too. This year saw participants sporting everything from an English mustache to a Musketeer, sideburns, and even a beard shaped like a full-face wolf mask.
