Chocolate chips buns: perfect for a delicious snack!



Kids will love them! INGREDIENTS For 12 brioches 600g (4.8 cups) flour type 550 (aa) 1 pinch of salt 50g (0.2 cup) of sugar or more if desired 20g (0.1 cup) vanilla sugar 80g (0.3 cup) room temperature butter 270ml (9.1oz) of warm milk 100g (0.6 cup) chocolate chips 40g of fresh yeast or 15g (1 tbsp) of dry yeast 1 egg yolk and 2 tbsp milk   METHOD Pour yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar into warm milk and mix, then add butter and then flour. Knead a fine dough. Roll the dough on a work surface and divide it into 12 parts. Put chocolate pieces in each part and roll into a ball. Arrange in a baking tray, coat with one egg yolk and 2 tbsp of milk, sprinkle with pieces of chocolate, then cover and leave for 45 minutes.
