Savory pie with mushrooms and bechamel: delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 125ml (½ cup) of milk 45g (⅓ cup) of sugar 25g (2 tbsp) of honey 7g (2 tsp) of dry yeast 500g (4 cups) of all-purpose flour 75g (⅓ cup) of soft butter 5g (1 tsp) of salt 300g (1 cup) of bechamel sauce 250g (2 cups) of mozzarella cheese 100g (⅔ cup) of cooked cremini mushrooms METHOD 1. In a large bowl combine eggs with egg yolk, salt, milk, sugar, honey, and dry yeast. Whisk well and add flour. Knead the dough until it comes together, then let it rest for 20 minutes. 2. Add softened butter to the dough and knead well for 10 minutes. Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for 2 hours or until doubled in size. 3. Roll the dough out into a circle and make small cuts around it. Braid the dough from the sides together. Poke the base of the pie with a fork. Let it rest for 20 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F. 4.
