Try this out if you are looking to grow arms specifically. This is a nice way to add an arm day into your bodybuilding split. If not, try adding these arm workout sets at the end of other bodybuilding workouts. Full Routine: 1. Weighted Triceps Dip - 4 sets, 8-10 reps 2. Hammer Curls - 4 sets, 8-10 reps 3. Rope Pulldown - 3 sets, 10-12 reps 4. Single Arm Preacher Curl - 3 sets, 12-15 reps 5.
