This printer has a broken fuser film sleeve. It causes the printing to fade on one side. I bought a new fuser film sleeve and replace it. Before putting in the new fuser film sleeve, *Make sure to clean and remove all the previous greases *Apply new fuser greases (or grease from auto parts) so that the fuser film sleeve can turn. *Do not use toothpaste, it will be too sticky and dry. The fuser film sleeve won’t turn which causes paper jam! *Fuzzy printing is caused by the fuser film sleeve not turning smoothly. (Need to reapply more greases to fix the problem.)
