Cherries creamy cake: its delicate taste will surprise you!



Super fluffy and easy to make, this cake is perfect for a delicious breakfast! INGREDIENTS 300 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 egg yolk; 1 egg; Vanilla extract; 100ml (2/5 cup) milk 200 g (7 oz) pitted cherries; 80ml (2/5 cup) vegetable oil; 160 g (⅔ cup) yogurt; 300 g (1 cup) custard; 170g (3/4 cup) sugar.   METHOD Whisk one egg yolk and one whole egg with vanilla and sugar. Add vegetable oil and yogurt, whisk to combine. Mix flour with baking powder and pour the liquids in. Whisk the batter until smooth and fold the cherries in.
