Homemade egg pasta: the traditional dough ready in a few steps!

Here's an easy guide to make homemade pasta! INGREDIENTS 300g (1 ¾ cup) flour; 3 large eggs. METHOD Make a well in the center of the flour and pour 3 eggs in it. Start mixing with a fork adding small portions of flour from the sides of the well into eggs.When it starts to get hard to mix eggs with a fork, start kneading the dough with your hands. After around 10 minutes of kneading, you should have a smooth and silky dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and set it aside for 30 minutes. Cut the dough into thirds, dust with flour and roll using a pasta machine on the widest setting. Fold the dough into 3 and run through the pasta machine on a little narrower setting. Continue to run the sheet of pasta until you get to the first or second to narrow setting.
