Double color cake: really quick and delicious!



The result will leave everyone spechlees!INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 50g sugar 8g vanilla sugar 60ml oil 100m milk 60g flour 8g baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 3 tbsp milk Butter Hazelnut cream Hazelnut grains METHOD Mix egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix flour with baking powder in another bowl. Then add little by little to the egg mixture with a strainer. Mix very well. Separate the mixture in two. Mix cocoa with milk and add to one part of the divided mixture. Grease a pan with butter and cover with baking paper. Pour in the two mixtures, one at a time, making two halves of the cake with a different color. Cook with the lid on, check that it is well cooked with a toothpick, then flip to cook the other side.
