Here I am, cooking in my tiny Japanese kitchen with one burner and a big mess. I am not a five-star chef so no judging. As someone with a nut allergy in Japan, I cook a lot at home and try to eat as healthy as possible. It's just after the holidays so I am trying to get my body back in shape.
