This is often a problem, because it relies on a random event with only 30% chace of success, but you can also go around it, if you try hard enough. We will need to take Switzerland, France, Czechoslovakia, Austria, Yugoslavia, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands, as well as get Victoria 3 to rule our country.
