Bokashi fermented table scraps prepared/amended to raise the Ph to feed my worm bin. This method helps keep the bin Ph near neutral as fresh Bokashi is very low in Ph. This method also helps keep the food scraps from heating up as much in the bin - a bonus in the hot summer months. And finally, the worms tear through this as aggressively as they do worm chow!
