Well, there aren't many options just yet for the esp32 platform. They are starting to catch on, but it you want a breakout board right now you are going to have to make your own it seems. At least, I haven't seen anything great so far. Here's a how to guide on laying out solder trace lines on universal PCB so you can assemble your own custom esp32 breakout board.
