No-bake chocolate squares: they are so creamy and delicious!

They are the creamiest squares ever!  INGREDIENTS For the base:  rusks;  hot coconut milk.   For the cream:  200 g (7 oz) sugar;  300 u (10 oz) flour;  4 cups milk;  vanilla powder;  2 tbsp butter;  1 cup full-fat cream, whipped;   For the ganache:  150 g (5 oz) chocolate;   150 ml (5 oz) hot milk.   METHOD  Place rusks as close to each other as possible, covering the whole bottom of a glass baking pan.  Pour coconut cream over just to cover the rusks up ½ way up, then set aside to soak.  Combine sugar, flour and vanilla. Start pouring in milk slowly to prevent lumps from forming.  Cook milk cream until thick and add butter in.  Pour cream on top of the rusks and leave to set in the fridge.  Spread a layer of whipped cream on top and put into a freezer.  Pour hot milk over chocolate bits, let sit for a minute, then stir to make the ganache smooth.  Pour ganache over chilled cream cake and let it set before slicing into squares. ----------------------------------------------  About us: ‘Cookist Wow’ offers you everyday fresh, fun and easy recipes.
