Chocolate and biscuits log: a no-bake dessert that everyone will love!



Easy to make, no-bake, and simply delicious! INGREDIENTS Syrup: 40g (3 tbsp) Sugar 30g (3 tbsp) Cocoa 5g (1 tsp) Instant coffee 375ml (1 ½ cup) Milk 120g (½ cup) Butter 100g (1 cup) Chocolate 460g (4 cups) Biscuits   Ganache: 100ml (2/5 cup) Whipped cream 200g (2 cups) Chocolate   METHOD For the syrup: In a pot add sugar, cocoa, instant coffee and mix. Pour the milk and mix. Add butter and mix until it is melted. Add chocolate. Mix it well and then leave it to cool. Break the biscuits into pieces and pour the syrup over them. Mix and put half of the mixture on the foil. Make a roll and put it in the freezer for 2 hours. Repeat that with half of the mixture. For the ganache: In chocolate add hot whipped cream and mix. Pour it over the rolls and put it again in the freezer for 1 hour.
