This Nicaraguan pineapple pie is super-fast and easy to make. Ingredients: 1- Very ripe pineapple (1 Piña muy dulce) ½ Cup brown sugar- You can also use white (1/2 Taza de azucar) ½ Cup water (1/2 Taza de agua) 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch (2 Cuchardas de maizena) ½ Tsp.
