Learn Hip Hop Dance: Stick and Roll it

How to Dougie: http://bit.ly/DOUGIE Instructions 1. To start this dance move, place your feet on the floor wide apart. Keep your hips loose and bend your knees to drop your weight down.  2. From this stance, rotate your right leg in by swiveling the heel out and bringing the hip up. This is the first part of the "stick it" move. As you raise the right hip, bend your right elbow and pull the arm back against your body. Extend your left arm in front of you. 3. Now pop your hip back out. This should bring the leg back to its starting position and the heel to the ground.  As you do this, bring your right arm to the front and extend it next to your left arm. 4. Now do the "roll it" move. Your feet should start off flat on the ground. Start a roll at the top of your body by rolling your shoulders forward and back. Continue this movement through your back and your hips. Finish off by popping your hips back. Land with your feet in the starting stance.  5. After you've popped your hips back, repeat the move using the opposite leg.
