How to share printer in a network Step 1: Turn on hotspot on your smartphone. Step 2: Connect all the other devices such as PC, laptop, smartphone, tab to the same hotspot via wifi. Step 3: Connect your printer to any one computer. Step 4: Share the printer from the computer it is connected to. Step 5: Create a text document on any other device you want to give a printout. Step 6: Go to file and select print. Step 7: Click on Find Printer, it will show you the server name the printer is connected to. Step 8: Open it and double-click the printer.
