x64 Assembly Tutorial 4: 386 and 486 Register Sets

This fourth tutorial is about the progression from the 16 bit 8086 Register Set to the 32 bit 386/486 Register set. It's really only for historical purposes but I think that the 64 bit register set we have now, which I'll go through next, makes a whole lot more sense when we look at where it came from. Turn captions on because if I notice that I've missed something or some of the text is too blurry to make out, I'll supply a caption explaining.
