1) Banana bread loaf: fluffy and delicious! How to make a soft bread using riped bananas!    INGREDIENTS  350g bread flour   30 g icing sugar   1 tsp salt   2 tbsp milk powder  100g banana  1 whole egg   70 ml milk   ½ tbsp instant yeast   40g unsalted butter   METHOD Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast. Mash one banana. Add to dry ingredients. Add oil. Mix one egg with milk, and also add to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough. Allow to rise 60 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts and let rise for 15 minutes. Grease the molds with butter. Roll out the dough, then roll it into a roll and cut. Put in the form. Allow to rise 60 minutes. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and grease with butter.   -----------------------------------------------   2) Apple Braided Loaf: it will be a family favorite! It's very easy to make!    INGREDIENTS Dough: • 21g yeast • 500g flour • 120ml milk • 70g butter • 70g sugar • 3 eggs • 1 tsp salt • 8 g vanilla sugar   Apple filling (for 2 braids): • 4 small apples • 2 tbsp sugar • cinnamon • 1 handful raisins • 1 tsp butter • 1 tsp starch    1 tbsp water • 250g jam • 1 egg   METHOD Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add 1 tbsp sugar and 100g flour. Let sit 15 minutes. Whisk eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar. Add yeast mixture. Add the rest of the flour and melted butter. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours. Cooking the filling: mix the chopped apples with sugar and raisins, add the butter. Fry in a pan and add a teaspoon of starch mixed with water. Continue to simmer. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Divide the dough into 8 parts (4x100g, 4x125g). Roll a piece of dough and put the stuffing in it. Close up the dough in the form of a pie. Put this pie on the rolled cake (125g). Cut the edges with a Christmas tree. Form a braid. Put on a baking sheet with parchment. Let rise. Grease with an egg. A super soft milk bread loaf, easy and tasty in a few steps!   INGREDIENTS 40g flour 200g water 580g flour 60g sugar 12g salt 10g dry yeast 10g powdered milk 260g milk 1 egg 50g softened butter 3 tbsp milk   METHOD In a pan, mix flour and water on low heat until thickened, set aside and let cool. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, dry milk and salt. Add milk, egg and water flour mixture. Mix well and add butter. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide into 6 equal parts and let rise 15 minutes. Add 3 dough parts to the bread baking form and let rise for 30 minutes.
