Blend the peaches and make an incredible cake in no time!INGREDIENTS 300g peaches 250g flour 80ml oil 180g sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder Powdered sugar   METHOD Peel the peaches then cut and blend them. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in blended peaches, oil, sift in flour with baking powder. Transfer mixture to the baking pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 50 minutes.
