This is a high volume arm workout and consisted of close to 15 total sets for biceps and triceps each. This entire arm workout for mass took me about 55 minutes to get through, as I kept my rest times fairly short between sets and really focused on maintaining an incredible arm pump throughout the workout. The bicep workout was extremely intense and incorporated swoop curls, machine elevated curls, and db incline curls for getting big arms fast. The tricep workout was only 2 moves, but 1 of them was a superset so we could keep the volume high and finish the arm workout in less than an hour.
