Glutes help with functional movements, so keeping them strong is beneficial to your overall muscle health. Glute Kickbacks will strengthen your glutes and your hamstring muscles. Find a wall, and kickback squeezing the glute. Hold for 1 second, contracting your glutes the entire time. Alternate legs or stick with one leg through one repetition and then switch. Recommended interval: 3 sets of 12 reps for each leg
