A fun recipe to try!    INGREDIENTS 150g (1 cup) flour 80m (1/3 cup) water 10ml (2 tsp) vegetable oil 45g (3 tbsp) brown sugar 5g (1 tsp) flour METHOD In a bowl combine flour and water. Add oil and knead the dough for 3 minutes. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar with flour and mix well. Transfer the dough to the working surface, and divide it into 4 parts. Roll each part into an oval shape, put a spoon of sugar mixture in the middle and seal the edges. Sprinkle some flour on the working surface and roll slightly with a rolling pin to create an oval shape again.
