Decline Barbell Bench Press - Chest Exercise Download the app: https://mytraining.pro/ Read our community blog: http://friends.mytraining.pro/ (Starting Position) - Place your feet firmly under the leg brace of a decline bench and then lie back on it. - With your back stabilized on the bench, grab the bar using a larger-than-shoulder-width grip. - Then, lift the bar from the rack and hold it directly over your chest with your arms extended. This is the starting position. (First Movement) - Now, inhale as you slowly bring the bar down to your lower chest. (Second Movement) - Exhale as you use your lower pec muscles to press the weights back up to the starting position. - When you finish your reps, carefully place the bar back on the rack. If necessary, ask someone to spot you during this exercise.
