Hey guy's R4GE VipeRzZ here and today I will show you how you can change the playback speed in Adobe Premier Pro CC. This method will change the speed of the video only whilst it is been played in Premier Pro CC. When you pause the video it will then revert back to playing at it's normal speed. Hold Ctrl and then press the L key the number of times you would like it to play faster. If you press L twice it will play twice as fast and so on. Hold Ctrl and then press the J key the number of times you would like it to play slower. If you press J twice it will play at half the speed and so on.
