Assalamoalikum friends.. Today I am sharing a unique and easy recipe of Kulfi with you.. How to make ice-cream? Homemade ice cream recipe Homemade Kulfi recipe... Ingredients : Milk 1 ltr Cardamom powder 1tsp Sugar half cup Milk powder 4tbs Whipping cream or tetra pack cream 1 cup Almonds and pistachios 1 cup Method : Take a pot and add milk in it.. Bring it to boil and add Cardamom powder sugar, and milk powder... Also add almonds and pistachios and cook on medium flame until it remains half and becomes thick... When it is completely cooked turn off the flame and keep it in room temperature and let it cool. Take another bowl and add a cup of whipping cream. Beat it for 1 to 2 minutes and then add the cream in the mixture... Mix well.. Take an airtight box add all the mixture in it.. And keep it in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.. Or overnight...
