Potato fondue: creamy and delicious for you and your friends!

INGREDIENTS  4 potatoes  Flour  Salt  Water   For the fondue:  250g Emmental  200g aged cheese  1 tbsp starch  1 garlic clove  250ml white wine METHOD Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares. Use two chopsticks to cut the potatoes into a grid without cutting completely. Place the potatoes in a bowl, add salt and water, rinse. Cover each potato in flour and fry. Crush garlic, and spread in the pot. Pour in the white wine. Grate the cheese and slowly add to the wine while continuing to mix.
