Learn how to make dinner rolls. These are incredibly soft and chewy!! I'm telling you! Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast (7g) (1 packet) 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1 egg 1 1/4 cup lukewarm milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 3-4 cups strong white bread flour Tips: 1- The milk should be warm enough to hold your finger in for a few seconds. If it's too hot or too cold, it will kill the yeast and the dough will not rise. 2- You don't have to knead for a long time as long as the dough looks smooth and well combined. 3- Make sure you don't add too much flour, this would result in a dry and maybe a hard dinner roll instead of that soft and chewy texture we're looking for. 4. Dont let the dough rise too much after it doubles, this can make it collapse while baking.
