Hi guys, hope you enjoy this vlog where I basiclly eat and train :D I do have two push workouts a week and this one is my second push workout. The full workout: 1. Dumbbell chest press (2 working sets, 1 back off set) 2. Pec dec (3 working sets) 3. Military Press (2 working sets, 1 back off set) 4. Egyptian side raises (3 working sets) 5.
