The owner started this centre after being a member of another Fernwood gym and loving the community that it provides. She saw opening this facility as her chance to help shape lives and create an engaging gym where women feel welcome, comfortable and motivated to achieve their goals. Member retention and keeping their members involved was of high importance and they had received feedback that their facility looked tired, so they took this on board and went to Precor for a solution. The result was in one day everything was installed and has created a whole different feel to the environment. They love that they are able to display offers and events on screen so that the members are aware of ways to get involved with the club. Preva technology provides entertainment apps such as Spotify and Netflix which can help them zone out if that’s what they need, while apps like Run TV help them engage more with their workout. Fernwood Bulleen is very inviting and creates an engaging environment for women to build community as well as encourage each other to stay healthy and fit!
