Redmi 5 Miui 11 to Miui 9 Downgrade

I have downgraded my redmi 5 from miui 11 to miui 9 successfully. If you having any issues with miui 11 and want to downgrade to miui 9 then follow the easy way to downgrade xiaomi redmi 5 from miui 11 to miui 9. mostly xiaomi mobile phones bootloader must be unlock before proceeding of downgrading and updating manually by flashing the fastboot rom.
