Sweet Milk Breakfast Rolls

INGREDIENTS 300g (2 ½ cups) Cake flour 50g (¼ cup) Sugar 1 Egg 4g (4/5 tsp) Dry yeast 2g (1/3 tsp) Salt 140ml (½ cup) Milk 45g (3 tbsp) Butter   Flour   Decoration: Apricot jam   METHOD In a bowl add flour, sugar, egg, dry yeast, salt, milk and knead it. Add butter and knead it well. Let it rest for about 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and make balls. Leave them covered for 20 minutes. Spread each ball, fold and roll it on each side. Put them on pan and sprinkle with flour. Incise them and bake at 160C for 15 minutes.
