This Kent RO employee in Delhi / NCR arrogantly told this customer that the normal TDS range was 340 ppm, and he could not help any more. The UNHCR stipulates the Total Dissolved Solids of 30-75 ppm as good, 75-150 as safe. Water above 300 ppm is bad for kidneys, and above 500 ppm, the water is unsafe for human consumption. Kent RO systems itself says almost the same thing here: http://www.kentfilters.com/recent-news3.html What this Kent employee was basically telling the customer was that the TDS of 340 ppm was A-OK, and the customer could go to hell as far as he is concerned. Please do not accept shoddy service from your RO sellers. Get your water checked for pH value, TDS and other impurities. Your RO System vendors could be deceiving you, and putting your family at the risk of kidney damage and diseases.
