To celebrate the Starwood Hotels & Resorts acquisition, Marriott International is “checking in” with associates from its new family of brands. Meet Tom Egerton, Executive Chef at the Grosvenor House, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai. Tom thought he was going to be an engineer until he started traveling and discovered his love for cooking. In between managing all of the kitchens in the hotel including eight main restaurants, Tom is an avid cyclist, a husband and a dad to two young girls, and involved with various charitable causes. Let's go behind the kitchen with Tom.
