This dessert is a must-try!INGREDIENTS Flour - 250g Butter – 180g Eggs yolk – 2 Salt Baking powder – 5g Lemon zest Mascarpone – 500g Ricotta cheese -200g Egg Milk – 60ml Cherry jam Icing sugar METHOD Make dough from flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, salt, lemon and baking powder. Develop it in a baking pan. Whisk mascarpone, ricotta, sugar, egg, and milk. Put the cream on the dough. Put jam over it, then cream again. Garnish with jam. Bake at 200C for 50 minutes.
