[MK7] Drive Anywhere [DarkFlare]

This code for MK7 is an attempt at a remake of the popular MKDS code called Drive Anywhere. The name itself implies it's use- you can drive on anything. This is very fun to use items with, especially near the finish line. The code was inspired by Dave & Supastarrio.
