This animation shows dynamic Voronoi diagrams. The Voronoi cells adjust themselves to the motion of the Voronoi seeds. Although this sounds complex to implement, the realization is pretty simple. Each cell is actually a sphere, which center is at the seed. The radii of all spheres are the same - large enough to cover all potential gaps.
