VB Tutorial 04 -- Textbox Input and Variable Types

Simple application that accepts 3 input values in Visual Basic and Visual Studio 2010. This simple Windows Forms Application uses a call to CDbl to convert the TextBox input into double variables, calculates the average and outputs the value using a Label control. Also, demonstrates formatting the string as a percentage using the ToString() method.
