2 ingredients bagel: easy and quick to prepare!



You only need 2 ingredients to make a tasty bagel in no-time!INGREDIENTS 150g (1 cup) self-rising flour (All-Purpose Flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt) 280g (1 cup) Greek yogurt Eggwash (egg + water) Poppy seeds, sesame seeds For the stuffing: Cream cheese Rocket salad Smoked salmon METHOD In a bowl, transfer the self-rising flour followed by the plain greek yogurt and mix until it starts to come together then use your hands to further gather the mixture to form into a dough. Transfer on a surface and lightly gather then divide into 4 portions. Shape the portion into a ball, then press to flatten into a 4-inch dish. Press your thumb in the center to create a hole, then use your fingers to stretch the hole. Sprinkle top with sesame and poppy seed. Bake for 25 minutes at 375°F/190°C.
